Heat Distribution Unit
This highly advanced heat management package manages the heat output from the power unit and channels it to the area it is required, either to be used as space heating, hot water generation, or storage.
The heat Distribution Unit also maintains the optimum operating conditions for the power unit thus ensuring a long life with minimum servicing.
Storage Vessel
An important part of the system is the thermal storage tank(s), these 475 ltr tanks provide the system the capacity to continue producing electricity when the demand for heat is low.
Stored heat is then available later during peak periods. Each vessel is capable of providing up to 17kWh of stored heat and multiple tanks can be connected to increase the storage capacity.
By storing heat and not dumping it we can ensure that energy produced from the XRGI system is kept at its highest efficiency

Control Panel
The Control Panel is the intelligence in the system. This advanced computer managed control system maintains optimum operating conditions, follows electric demand (producing only what is required with no waste) and handles remote communications for data retrieval and analysis.
The control system also learns about the buildings energy demands with the aid of its Artificial Intelligence module and then predicts the most efficient times to produce both heat and power.
Power Unit
The power unit (sometimes called the co-generation unit) is the energy producing part of the system, from this engine / generator package fuel like gas or oil is converted to electricity and heat. Electricity is fed to the building and heat is fed into the heat distribution unit for use within the space or water heating system.
